General Procedure:
 nets # 2 & 3 are secured in the closed position to upper frame member by lanyards that snap into the double release mechanism- weighted messenger # 1 actuates the opening of plankton net # 2 and closure of plankton net # 1
- weighted messenger # 2 actuates the opening of plankton net # 3 and closure of plankton net # 2

Notes:
Main limitation: Net #1 open upon deployment: Net #3 open upon recovery.
